Key responsibilities

• Offer personalised styling advice and curated product recommendations tailored to each guest.
• Build strong client relationships and turn first-time shoppers into loyal brand ambassadors.
• Maintain an immaculate store floor and displays that reflect the brand's identity.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups and brand collaborations.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and stock management accurately.
• Contribute to daily sustainability practices.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years of premium or lifestyle fashion retail experience in a resort, luxury hotel or concept brand environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance in line with grooming standards.
