Retail Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in fashion retail, particularly modest wear and ready‑to‑wear collections. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by engaging Arabic‑speaking clients, providing expert styling advice, and driving sales in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Engage walk‑in customers, understand their preferences, and recommend appropriate modest wear and ready‑to‑wear items.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of current collections, trends, and product offerings.
• Support visual merchandising, ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock takes.
• Promote offers, new arrivals, and loyalty programs while resolving customer inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail (mandatory).
• Proven experience in modest wear and ready‑to‑wear fashion.
• Fluent in Arabic and strong communication skills in English.
• Strong sales track record with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
