Retail Sales Representative – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience within Al-Futtaim Watches and Jewellery at Mall of the Emirates. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations while representing premium watch and jewellery brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up, and thank them at checkout.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Run the store in the manager’s absence when required.
• Train new staff on POS operation and manage corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and in‑store standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales environment.

Required profile

• Energetic and presentable with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to create a positive first impression and adhere to dress code.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
