Retail Sales Supervisor – Toys “R” Us, Dubai Festival City

About the role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to join the Toys "R" Us team at Dubai Festival City. You will be the front‑line leader responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation to create an attractive shopping atmosphere.
• Greet customers promptly, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up on inquiries, and suggest additional items to increase basket size.
• Operate the cash wrap efficiently, handle transactions, promote gift cards, and capture customer data.
• Ensure the store meets its sales targets and contributes to overall team performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform occasional heavy lifting.
