Retail Store Manager – Apple Store

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences at an Apple Store in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines hands‑on floor interaction, team development, and strategic execution to meet performance goals and uphold Apple’s standards of service and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing retail team.
• Actively participate on the sales floor, interacting with customers and team members to model excellent service.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff in line with business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when appropriate and partnering with People or Business leaders.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets and business priorities.
• Maintain and uphold company policies, protect all company assets and confidential information.
• Drive business priorities within assigned functional areas and perform other tasks as needed.
• Promote an inclusive environment, respect differences, and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
