About the role
Apple is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Dubai retail location. You will coach a diverse team, ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance in line with Apple’s priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and empower a team of retail specialists, overseeing recruitment, training and retention.
- Actively engage on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices and meet business goals.
- Address customer and employee escalations, collaborating with leadership and People partners as needed.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets and protect company assets.
- Uphold Apple’s inclusion, diversity and safety standards, fostering a respectful workplace.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading teams in retail or sales environments.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to make timely decisions using analytics, experience and judgment.
