About the role
We are seeking dynamic, customer‑focused professionals to manage daily operations at our premium meat retail stores in Oman and Dubai, ensuring an excellent buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure a premium buying experience for customers.
- Manage daily store operations and customer service on the shop floor.
- Supervise store staff and maintain shift discipline and efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, product display standards and retail compliance.
- Support billing, stock coordination and inventory control.
- Ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage store operations.
- Hands‑on and actively involved in shop‑floor activities.
