Revenue Controller – Fixed Term (15 months)

About the role

The Finance team seeks a Revenue Controller on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract to support revenue and credit control across the Middle East region. You will work closely with the Middle East Revenue Manager, partners, and finance teams in multiple offices to ensure accurate billing, collections, and compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client contacts and accounts receivable (AR) matters across the region.
• Conduct meetings with partners to discuss work‑in‑progress (WIP) and AR balances, document actions and follow‑up.
• Oversee matter set‑up in the 3E system, performing selective testing and reviewing bills and unusual balances.
• Identify bottlenecks in billing and collection processes and implement remedial actions.
• Prepare consolidated monthly cash collection and billing forecasts in collaboration with finance management and regional heads.
• Coordinate timely billing with PA’s, Revenue Assistants, and the Operations team in Manila.
• Consult with matter managers on discounts, rate amendments, and ensure proper recording in 3E.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports for partners and management.
• Ensure compliance with local VAT and withholding tax (WHT) regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and revenue control within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and withholding tax requirements.
• Familiarity with the 3E financial system for matter set‑up and billing.
• Ability to liaise with partners, finance teams, and international offices.
