Revenue Executive

About the role

The Revenue Executive will support RIU Hotels & Resorts in Dubai by driving revenue optimisation and contributing to an outstanding guest experience. This position is ideal for a hospitality‑focused professional who enjoys data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily pick‑up analysis, adjust strategies and produce performance reports.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends.
• Develop pricing strategies in partnership with Contracting, Sales and Online teams.
• Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, variance analysis and budget comparisons.
• Analyse group business strategies, assess monthly hotel performance and deliver improvement recommendations.
• Ensure data quality for segmentation, offers tracking and other inputs.
• Maintain best‑practice standards for competitor analysis, yield management, inventory control and pricing.
• Assist in preparing the annual revenue budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or revenue management within hospitality or tourism.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
