Revenue Growth Strategy and Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2027 Start

About the role

TikTok is looking for a strategic, data-driven LIVE Revenue Growth Strategy and Operations Intern in Dubai, starting in 2027. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and product, focusing on maximising revenue through creator incentives, user engagement and campaign design. You will work with product, data, creator operations and marketing teams to find growth opportunities and optimise revenue performance in the Middle East market.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Data Analysis team to use data analytics for creator growth, maintain project dashboards and reports, analyse revenue drivers and align with Data Science on targeting, segmentation and experimentation
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve internal tools and with Marketing teams to localise and scale initiatives, and build relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Contribute ideas for campaign formats and technologies, configure revenue campaigns, iterate the execution process with AI tools and deliver post-mortem analyses
• Assist in developing and managing budgets and operation resources, and provide analysis on budget usage
• Develop an understanding of the LIVE content ecosystem, analyse LIVE content performance and user behaviour, and ensure compliance with regulations and risk mitigation across regions

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, AI, Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in a revenue-growth or user-growth role in the internet industry, such as LIVE streaming or gaming
• Fluent in English and Arabic as working languages, able to work with global and cross-regional teams
• Preferred: experience in LIVE streaming or voice chat, enthusiasm for gaming and digital entertainment, familiarity with the region

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
