Revenue Management Analyst

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury integrated resort under construction in Dubai, is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join its Revenue Management team. The role focuses on analyzing booking trends, optimizing channel mix, and supporting pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze booking trends by channel, including pace, window, length of stay, regrets, denials, and demand patterns.
• Optimize channel mix by evaluating production, profitability, acquisition costs, and booking behavior.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and rate shopping to identify pricing opportunities.
• Perform group displacement analysis to assess revenue impact of group versus transient demand.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key metrics using historical and current data.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on performance and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate rates, restrictions, and inventory across distribution channels and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and enhance BI tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or forecasting within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies, demand planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Understanding of key hotel revenue metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, Net ADR, MPI, ARI, and RGI.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, Power Query, PivotTables, scenario analysis).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
