Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead commercial finance support for Americana’s quick‑service restaurant (QSR) brands across Sharjah and other UAE markets. Combining menu frameworks, elasticity analysis and portfolio planning, the role drives sustainable top‑line growth, margin expansion and data‑driven commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, promotional activity, channel plans and third‑party partnerships to generate profitable growth.
• Influence marketing, product portfolio and promotions to drive revenue.
• Conduct country, brand and menu‑mix analysis, present monetary impact and actionable recommendations.
• Develop add‑on and upsizing strategies and perform item‑level profitability analysis.
• Map and optimise margin pools across Dine‑In, Take‑Out, Delivery and Online channels.
• Monitor competitive pricing and create response plans.
• Lead structured finance‑business reviews with Marketing and Operations leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 7‑8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Analytics, Strategy or Revenue Growth Management.
• Background in QSR, food delivery, FMCG, retail or consumer‑sector preferred.
