Revenue Operations Specialist, International (UAE)
anomali · Dubai
Job description
About the role
Anomali, a Silicon Valley security platform company, sells its platform to enterprise buyers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Its international business relies on quotes, order packages, contracts and clean pipeline data, and currently runs on US Pacific hours. This role puts that support in the regions it serves: running deal desk and renewal operations, owning Salesforce data quality for the regions and producing the analysis behind the international forecast. The schedule is 3 days international hours (Mon/Wed/Thu 1pm-9pm GST) and 2 days UAE business hours (Fri/Sat 9am-5pm GST).
Key responsibilities
- Deal desk and order management: build and revise quotes, route discount and non-standard term approvals, validate purchase orders and bookings, process reseller and distributor orders, and handle multi-currency and multi-entity quoting.
- Renewals operations: maintain the rolling renewal book, build quotes and order packages for renewals and uplifts, report gross and net retention, and surface expirations and stalled renewals early.
- Contract and procurement coordination: move master service agreements, reseller agreements and procurement questionnaires through Legal, Finance and customers, keeping paperwork off the critical path at quarter end.
- Salesforce data quality: account and territory administration, opportunity hygiene, stage discipline, and building and maintaining regional reports and dashboards.
- Analysis and reporting: weekly pipeline and forecast views, pipeline coverage, deal aging, stage-to-stage conversion and win/loss reasons, reconciling totals and flagging forecast ambiguities.
- Partner operations: support the partner portal and keep partner-sourced revenue identifiable in the data.
- Customer provisioning: issue organisation IDs and licence keys, enable test instances and chase partner paperwork so access is granted on the day of approval.
Required profile
- 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk or renewals operations at a B2B software company, with real ownership.
- Fluent English; Arabic or a European or Asian language is an advantage.
- Based in and authorised to work in Dubai, able to cover the APAC afternoon, the full META and EMEA working day and a late-day overlap with US Pacific.
Required skills
- Salesforce as a daily tool, including reports, dashboards, data loads, territory and ownership administration.
- Advanced Excel; SQL is useful but not required.
- Quote-to-cash literacy and knowledge of MSA, reseller and procurement documents.
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ACV, TCV, ARR, bookings and retention.
