Revenue Optimization Executive

About the role

The Revenue Optimization Executive supports Air Arabia's Revenue Management team in maximizing revenue across assigned routes. The role monitors demand, optimizes seat utilization, and ensures profitability in line with the airline's objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze flight and route performance to recommend long‑term business plans.
• Evaluate traffic reports, identify trends and problems, and propose corrective measures.
• Monitor demand on assigned routes to optimize revenue and seat utilization.
• Coordinate with country managers, stations, commercial teams and revenue executives to adjust flight schedules.
• Manage group and individual bookings, quotations, and follow‑up on partial payments.
• Maintain and update group/inventory logs and initiate promotional fares when demand is low.
• Identify break‑even ticket prices and optimal seat‑factor/yield combinations for profitability.
• Conduct benchmark analysis and contribute to fare‑class planning.
• Perform market searches and competitor analysis using available systems and tools.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for the Revenue Management function.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial, marketing, and corporate communications divisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess flight and route performance.
• Experience in monitoring demand and optimizing seat utilization.
• Capability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (country managers, stations, commercial teams).
• Proficiency in managing group bookings, quotations, and payment follow‑ups.
• Attention to detail for maintaining inventory logs and initiating promotional fares.
• Understanding of break‑even pricing and yield management concepts.
• Ability to conduct benchmark and market competitor analyses.
• Effective reporting skills and ability to generate ad‑hoc analyses.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across commercial and marketing divisions.
