Room Attendant

About the role

Join the housekeeping team of a leading luxury hotel brand and deliver five‑star guest experiences. As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, suites and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned rooms, including bed making, linen changes, vacuuming, dusting and bathroom sanitation.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries and supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked for new arrivals.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages or repairs observed during cleaning.
• Adhere to the brand’s grooming and dress code standards at all times.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while handling heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury or pre‑opening hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical fitness and endurance to manage demanding tasks and shift patterns.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Professionalism, integrity and respect for guest privacy.
