Room Attendant Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Room Attendant Supervisor leads the daily housekeeping operations at a luxury hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will work closely with housekeeping associates and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, guaranteeing rooms and public spaces comply with Rosewood and LQA standards.
• Coordinate team scheduling, conduct briefings, and enforce grooming and training standards.
• Perform inspections and quality checks, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Manage inventory, linen control, supplies, and lost‑and‑found processes.
• Handle guest requests and service recovery situations with professionalism.
• Coach and motivate associates, fostering a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and operational reporting tools.
