About the role

Join a leading international hotel brand as the Rooms Division Manager for a vibrant property in Dubai Science Park. You will oversee both the front office and housekeeping teams, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily front office and housekeeping operations while coaching staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Create a collaborative work environment that encourages cross‑departmental teamwork.
• Provide guests with accurate information and personalized service throughout their stay.
• Oversee night audit, prepare financial reports and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Conduct routine inspections of front office and public areas, taking immediate corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum four years of guest‑service/hotel experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
