RPA Engineer

About the role

The RPA Engineer will design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes for our clients in the higher‑education sector. You will work with leading RPA platforms to create robust, scalable bots and ensure they integrate smoothly with existing systems.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven project‑management experience to handle multiple automation projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RPA tools such as Microsoft RPA Suite, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Programming expertise in Python, C#, and Java.
• Scripting knowledge using JavaScript and VBScript.
• Experience integrating bots with APIs, web services, and databases.
• Designing automated workflows and mapping business processes.
• Debugging and troubleshooting automated bots.
• Familiarity with version‑control systems like Git.
• Testing and quality‑assurance practices for user‑acceptance testing.
