Rubber Mixing Supervisor

About the role

Hira Industries LLC is hiring a Rubber Mixing Supervisor for its Ras Al Khaimah facility. The position is full time, morning shift and covers day-to-day rubber mixing operations, with a focus on production planning, batch preparation and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily rubber mixing operations on site, planning and monitoring production schedules and coordinating raw material availability
• Ensure batches are prepared according to specified formulations and quality standards
• Lead and guide the mixing team, allocate work, monitor equipment performance and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Maintain process records, troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams
• Support continuous improvement to improve efficiency, reduce waste and improve product consistency
• Train team members, ensure compliance with company policies and support audits and inspections

Required profile

• Experience in rubber mixing or related manufacturing processes, with a strong understanding of formulations, mixing parameters and material handling
• Proven supervisory skills: team leadership, shift management, task allocation and performance monitoring in a production environment
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, chemical, polymer or industrial engineering, or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Previous experience in rubber, polymer, foam or related industries in the Middle East or similar markets is an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality control principles, process documentation and adherence to technical specifications and industry standards
• Familiarity with production planning, workflow optimization and coordination with maintenance, logistics and quality teams
• Commitment to workplace safety, equipment operation protocols and 5S or similar housekeeping practices
• Ability to analyze process data, identify issues and support continuous improvement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural, fast-paced industrial setting
