About the role
We are seeking a Runner to support our kitchen, pantry, bar and service teams by efficiently delivering food and beverages. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and assisting with basic preparation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen, pantry, bar, and service team.
- Collect and deliver food and beverages as per orders.
- Clear used crockery and return items to cleaning area.
- Assist with basic preparation tasks such as bread baskets, lemons, and simple sauces.
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages.
- Handle coffee equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain pantry, coffee bar, and dining area cleanliness.
- Polish cutlery and glassware; clean service equipment.
- Replenish pantry and coffee supplies.
- Safely handle hot food, liquids, and equipment.
