About the role
The Runner supports the kitchen, pantry, bar and service teams by delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic preparation tasks. This position ensures smooth service flow and a tidy dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen, pantry, bar, and service teams to collect and deliver orders.
- Clear used crockery and return items to the cleaning area.
- Assist with basic preparation tasks such as bread baskets, lemons, and simple sauces.
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages, handling coffee equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry, coffee bar, and dining area, including polishing cutlery and glassware.
- Replenish pantry and coffee supplies and safely handle hot food, liquids, and equipment.
