About the role
We are looking for a Runner to support our kitchen, pantry, bar and service teams. The role involves coordinating orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the service areas.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen, pantry, bar and service team.
- Collect and deliver food and beverages according to orders.
- Clear used crockery and return items to cleaning area.
- Assist with basic preparation tasks such as bread baskets, lemons and simple sauces.
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages.
- Handle coffee equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry, coffee bar and dining area.
- Polish cutlery and glassware and clean service equipment.
- Replenish pantry and coffee supplies.
- Safely handle hot food, liquids and equipment.
