About the role

Tech Fortress is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our Dubai office. In this full-time, on-site position you will drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships for our Information Security, IT Managed Services and SaaS portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Conduct market research to uncover growth prospects and competitive insights.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring favourable terms for both client and company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical, delivery and support—to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or client-relationship management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

  • Understanding of Information Security, IT Managed Services and SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
