Sales Administrator (On‑site, Dubai)

About the role

Arkan Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join its on‑site team in Dubai. You will support the sales department by handling order processing, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders and prepare quotations for clients.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Track sales activities, generate reports, and monitor stock availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate deliveries and billing with internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and approvals.
• Follow up on pending payments and approvals.
• Organise sales‑related files, schedule meetings and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or a similar corporate support role.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
