Sales and Leasing Consultant

About the role

VIP Brokerage, a top‑10 real‑estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is seeking experienced Sales and Leasing Consultants to turn company‑generated leads into successful leasing transactions across the emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into sales or leasing deals, guiding buyers/tenants to suitable properties.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property owners and clients throughout the leasing process, from viewings to signed agreements.
• Negotiate terms, close transactions and maintain an active pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record client, property and transaction details accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of real‑estate leasing experience with a proven record of closed deals.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market and off‑plan/resale segments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Valid driving licence, own car and fluency in English.
