About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Toys “R” Us store in Abu Dhabi. You will be the front‑line representative, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping customers find the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile, provide product information and encourage repeat visits.
- Drive sales through excellent service, manage cash transactions, promote add‑on items and gift cards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and perform housekeeping duties.
- Use the POS and sales management system to record transactions and capture customer data.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Enthusiastic, energetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales management software.
- Experience using customer database systems.
