About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim’s fashion retail team as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic store environment. You will be the front‑line champion of service standards, helping shoppers find the right products while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell fashion items.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
