About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who has a flair for delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Join our highly successful sales team and represent some of the most reputed international luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience using excellent product and brand knowledge.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
Ensure customer loyalty by building and maintaining a clientele base.
Advise customers on product/brand heritage, features, warranties, and luxury market trends.
Provide exceptional after‑sales service by following store processes and adhering to repair/return policies.

Required profile

Minimum of one year experience in sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry.
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
