About the role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who has a flair for delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Join our highly successful sales team and represent some of the most reputed international luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience using excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Ensure customer loyalty by building and maintaining a clientele base.
- Advise customers on product/brand heritage, features, warranties, and luxury market trends.
- Provide exceptional after‑sales service by following store processes and adhering to repair/return policies.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
