Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to products that meet their needs and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and follow the company’s GUEST service model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual guidelines, manage stock, and handle clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, balance the cash till, and issue receipts, refunds, or change.
• Monitor store security, follow loss‑prevention policies, and replenish stock on the sales floor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.
• Professional grooming and the ability to work flexible hours.
• Good product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
