Key responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly, assist with needs, provide product information, cross‑sell/upsell, maintain product knowledge, handle inquiries/complaints, achieve sales targets.
Store Operations: Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual standards, maintain store cleanliness, follow stock management processes, assist in stock takes and inventory audits.
Cash Handling: Operate POS efficiently, process transactions, returns, exchanges, handle cash and card in compliance with company policies.
Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings, sales huddles, product knowledge sessions, and communicate challenges and feedback to the store manager.
