About the role

Emcita is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Associate based in the UAE to generate new business and close deals, focusing on Gulf companies and investors interested in African market entry. This remote, commission‑based position offers uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential UAE/Gulf clients needing software, web development, cloud, mobile app development, digital transformation services, or any of Emcita’s 17 service lines.
• Pitch Emcita’s service offerings and match client needs to the appropriate practice area.
• Manage the sales conversation from first contact to signed contract.
• Work directly with Emcita’s founder to structure proposals and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven sales, business development, or client‑facing experience (tech/IT services background a plus).
• Strong UAE/Gulf business network and comfort reaching out to decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter who can work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Arabic a plus).
