Sales & Business Development Executive – Immediate Start in Dubai

About the role

We are a global luxury media consultancy looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing Dubai team. The role is focused on high‑volume cold‑calling to US‑based clients, with a clear path to uncapped earnings for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential US clients.
• Qualify leads, identify decision‑makers and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage follow‑up tasks.
• Work with internal teams to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• Available to work 3:00 PM‑12:00 AM Dubai time (US trading hours).
• Minimum 1 year of cold‑calling experience, preferably in US or UK markets.
• Native or fluent English speaker with clear, confident communication.
• Self‑starter, able to work independently in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Currently based in Dubai and able to work full‑time on‑site.
