Sales Consultant – Business Development & Setup Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to identify new business opportunities and guide clients through the entire business setup process in the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on legal, regulatory and logistical aspects to ensure successful company formation and drive growth for Inzone Industries.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients, manage a portfolio and recommend the most suitable business setup for their activity.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling and other lead‑generation techniques.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations and pitches.
• Provide expert guidance on licensing, permits and compliance with local laws, assisting clients with documentation and registration.
• Report sales performance, opportunities and challenges to management regularly.
• Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a service‑based, target‑driven environment; experience with UAE free zones or corporate service providers is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and organisational abilities with a proven track record of converting leads.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Highly structured, detail‑oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
