Sales Consultant - EOR and Business Formation

About the role

Acoup is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant in Dubai, within its Corporate Services / Sales department. The role suits someone with strong knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR), business formation and corporate services, who can handle leads, speak with business owners and decision-makers and turn enquiries into clients. Candidates with experience in business setup consultancies, free zones, corporate services, EOR, payroll, outsourcing or employment services are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business opportunities for EOR, business formation and related corporate services.
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions, explaining UAE company formation, licensing, employment solutions and EOR services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow them up until closure.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations and other teams after closing the sale to ensure client handover.
• Keep accurate lead, follow-up and sales records in the CRM.
• Stay up to date with UAE business formation requirements, free zones, mainland options and employment services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, telesales, direct sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong experience or practical knowledge of EOR and UAE business formation services.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, negotiate and close sales.
• Good English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE market experience is strongly preferred.
