Sales Consultant – Hino Trucks

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join its Hino Trucks division in Sharjah. You will engage directly with commercial vehicle customers, understand their transport needs, and propose tailored Hino truck solutions that generate revenue and build long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Identify, prospect, and manage accounts within an assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer requirements and nurture relationships.
• Recommend appropriate Hino truck models, deliver product demonstrations, and explain features, warranties, and services.
• Prepare sales orders, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and after‑sales engagement.
• Provide accurate sales reports and support cash‑flow through timely collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer relationship management and service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with good time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
