Sales Consultant - Outdoor

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant specialized in outdoor solutions to expand our market presence across the UAE. You will build strong relationships with kitchen dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape companies and outdoor furniture stores, promoting our product range and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit kitchen dealers and other relevant partners according to a weekly schedule.
• Create and maintain company and individual profiles for dealers, attaching business cards.
• Convince dealers to display our products and assist them with product information.
• Track product returns, exchanges, deliveries, and LPOs.
• Schedule visits with the Sales Director and dealers, and arrange appointments with designers, restaurants, landscape firms and outdoor furniture stores.
• Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers, expanding the client database.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate strategically to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, dealer profiles and sales activities.
• Research accounts, generate leads, and analyse sales data to improve results.
• Educate dealers on company policies, catalogue, price list and ensure their financial credibility.
• Collect LPOs, track deliveries, follow up on payments and coordinate sales orders across departments.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends to adapt sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with a target‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized and able to work independently.
