Sales Coordinator - BVLGARI Resort Dubai

About the role

BVLGARI Resort Dubai is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing function. The role covers general office duties, preparing sales documents, promoting the brand internally and externally, and acting as a point of contact for clients and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally, and gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials.
• Use sales techniques that maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information such as commissions, leads and third parties in the sales software.
• Answer guest questions about facilities and services, such as hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants and special events.
• Serve as the client point of contact, communicating by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs and thank them sincerely.
• Follow company policies and procedures, keep proprietary information confidential and protect company assets.
• Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
