About the role

Join Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai hospitality, as a Sales Coordinator. You will support the sales team in developing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the property.

Key responsibilities

  • Prioritise and manage the existing account base, directing personal efforts to high‑value opportunities.
  • Support the acquisition of new client contacts and maintain accurate records of potential revenue.
  • Achieve personal financial and non‑financial targets in collaboration with department leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain management reports on business results and action plans.
  • Participate in client familiarisation trips, site inspections, sales trips and roadshows to support hotel sales targets.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Reservations and Events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with sales support tools.
  • Experience using property PMS systems.
  • Knowledge of sales software platforms.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
