About the role

Gates Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its sales and service teams in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing quotes, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth order processing to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide quotations, acknowledge purchase orders, and ensure complete documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Purchase teams to process orders, track deliveries, and handle invoicing.
  • Input orders accurately, follow up with supply chain, and keep customers informed of delivery status.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and support the sales team with administrative tasks.

Required profile

  • 2‑4 years of experience in sales coordination or administration.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic advantageous) and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle‑based sales systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret RFQs and prepare related documentation.
