Sales Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality Supplies

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our luxury hospitality supplies business in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves managing client communications, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing across regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client calls and emails with professional courtesy.
• Assess client requirements, delivery schedules, product specifications and order volumes.
• Coordinate between suppliers and clients to maintain uninterrupted order flow.
• Prepare precise price quotations, maintain sales logs and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Conduct follow‑ups with clients to finalize pending orders and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales coordination experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality supplies, hotel procurement or FF&E.
• Strong English communication skills; Hindi is a plus.
