Sales Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive

About the role

MDX is hiring a Sales Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role focuses on researching prospects, building a qualified pipeline and supporting the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies, industries and key decision-makers through LinkedIn, databases and other platforms
• Identify potential business opportunities and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline
• Reach out to prospects by call, email, LinkedIn and networking channels
• Introduce company services and generate interest among potential clients
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the business development team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or final-year graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with professionals and corporate clients
• Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented mindset

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
• Lead generation and prospecting skills
• Networking and relationship-building ability
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
