Sales Development Representative – French Speaking (Dubai)

About the role

Chabé is expanding its B2C offering and is looking for two French‑speaking Sales Development Representatives to join the Revenue Marketing team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for B2B prospects across Europe and the Middle East, generating qualified opportunities for the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone prospecting targeting large corporates, travel management companies, concierge services and business‑travel agencies.
• Qualify inbound leads from forms, marketing campaigns and referrals, and prioritize hand‑offs to Account Managers or the Sales Director.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate interaction logs, status updates and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers to ensure a healthy pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B prospecting or business‑development experience, preferably in premium services, corporate travel or luxury sectors.
• Fluent French and English; additional language (Italian, Spanish or Arabic) is a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening skills, comfortable speaking on the phone in a high‑end context.
• Rigorous approach to lead qualification and CRM documentation.
