Sales Development Representative – Paris, London or Dubai

About the role

Join Chabé’s Revenue Marketing team as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for generating and qualifying B2B commercial opportunities across Europe and the Middle East. You will work closely with Account Managers and the Sales Director to build a strong pipeline for luxury chauffeured transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone prospecting targeting large corporates, travel management companies, concierge services, and business travel agencies.
• Qualify inbound leads from forms, marketing campaigns, and referrals, and prioritize hand‑offs to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM meticulously, logging interactions, tracking statuses, and managing follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers to ensure a healthy, fluid pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B prospecting and business development experience, preferably in premium services, corporate travel, or luxury sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening skills; confident phone presence in a high‑end context.
• Rigorous approach to lead qualification and CRM documentation with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language (Italian, Spanish, or Arabic) is a strong asset.
