Sales Development Representative – South Asia Market

About the role

This is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to join ByteDance’s fast‑growing BytePlus team, building innovative technology solutions for businesses. The Sales Development Representative for the South Asia market will work closely with marketing, solution and user‑growth teams to collect, qualify and distribute high‑quality sales leads for our Tech2B products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings generated and qualified opportunities.
• Grade and distribute leads to sales representatives in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular training and adopt proven selling methodologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technology‑related business development, SDR/inside sales or lead generation.
• Fluent English communication and comfortable with cold‑calling and professional sales pitches.
• Proven track record in B2B environments, preferably with high‑tech products or services.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
