Sales Director – BPO, BPM & Digital Transformation

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the full sales cycle for a global CX management company, driving new business across BPO, BPM, customer experience and digital transformation services. This remote role reports to senior leadership and focuses on enterprise‑level opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new logos and expansion opportunities across target markets.
• Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong CXO‑level relationships, lead client presentations and RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with Operations, Solutioning, Finance, Legal and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals and ensure smooth hand‑over of won deals.
• Drive revenue targets, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and strategic account growth.

Required profile

• 12+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in BPO, BPM, ITES or managed services.
• Proven track record of building pipelines, managing enterprise accounts and closing large‑value deals.
• Strong consultative selling, RFP/RFI management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging CXO‑level stakeholders and managing strategic accounts.
