About the role

Dia Holding is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead its real‑estate sales division in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves building, managing and scaling a high‑performing team of sales managers focused on off‑plan property sales.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a sales floor of 15–20 sales managers.
Drive performance and exceed sales targets for off‑plan real‑estate projects.
Onboard, coach and motivate the sales team using a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
Maintain strong client relationships, leveraging fluency in Russian and English.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of experience leading real‑estate development sales teams in Dubai.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
High energy, charisma and strong leadership presence.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary of AED 30,000–35,000 per month, depending on experience.
Commission of 0.3 % on sales.
