About the role

The Heart of Europe seeks a visionary Sales Director to lead the sales strategy for its ultra‑luxury hospitality real estate projects in the UAE. You will drive revenue growth, shape market positioning, and mentor a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Identify target markets, design go‑to‑market plans, and capture market share in the ultra‑luxury segment.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a dynamic sales team; set KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, brokers, and key partners.
• Represent the brand at high‑profile events and networking opportunities.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and budget adherence; collaborate with marketing on aligned campaigns.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in luxury real estate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Stable career history with no more than three employers in the past five years.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
