Sales Engineer - Industrial Solutions

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Sales Engineer for Industrial Solutions in Dubai, UAE. The role drives direct B2B sales across the UAE, generating business with factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities and commercial end-users for heating, cooling and solar energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve industrial sales targets across the UAE.
• Identify, qualify and close opportunities with factories and industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.
• Recommend suitable heating, cooling and solar solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and project execution.
• Ensure timely issuance of manuals, warranty letters and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team before Testing & Commissioning (T&C).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4-6 years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial or HVAC sales.
• Proven experience in direct B2B sales to industrial and commercial end-users.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps and solar water heating systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
