Sales Executive - Auto Finance (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Bayut and Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, are hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Executive for its auto finance business in Dubai. As an inside sales executive, you will build strong customer relationships and upsell Dubizzle car services, mainly through telephone interactions and field visits where needed, while understanding customer needs and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and qualify prospects from cold, warm and hot leads.
• Consult customers, recommend value-added services and packages, and present tailored proposals.
• Maintain professional communication by email, call and text message.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities and sales outcomes in the CRM.
• Give feedback to sales management and stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar inside sales or telesales role.
• Experience selling used cars, car insurance, warranties, insurance and car financing is a plus.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and close deals; fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with the automotive market and value-added services such as car insurance and warranties.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
